'I' am not the physical form, it is just a vessel and tool I need for this physical experience. 'I' am not the gender, I could easily have been born the opposite gender through no effort of my own. 'I' am not the name, it is just a label I was given by my parents. 'I' am not the emotions, feelings come and go - yet I remain. 'I' am not the mental aspects, thoughts come and go - yet I remain. 'I' am not the roles I play (sister, brother, friend, colleague, wife, husband, mother, father, etc.), the roles may often change but I do not. 'I' am not the many personalities at play to match the roles, I was there from the very beginning and have been there through it all. 'I' do not care for labels or roles. With over seven billion individual human manifestations and expressions, I am shockingly the same. 'I' am you, the real you. Some call me the observer, the watcher, but these are just more labels and roles. Some say I am consciousness, the awareness behind it all, an even fancier label. 'I' am simply the no-thing that makes every experience possible, even the experience of experiencing itself; the everything that can spontaneously, with my absence, make no-thing of this life experience. I am you, the real you.
